​TRPG, in partnership with Red Starr Investments, acquired two multifamily buildings in the Murray Hill submarket of Manhattan through an off-market transaction in 2021.
TRPG led comprehensive renovations of the free-market units and common areas and continues to actively asset and property manage the buildings to maximize long-term value and performance.
